Refund Policy

At Coolify, we understand that sometimes a purchase just doesn't work out. That's why we offer a 10-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email at coolifyyy@gmail.com . Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original credit card used for payment within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please note that we offer free global shipping on any purchase , however, a shipping fee would be charged to return an item.

  • All returned items must be in the condition they were received.
  • Refunds and exchanges apply to both sale and regular-priced items.
